Total Manufacture: At Casarva we design, fabricate all Bike to Trike parts in house. This means that we can oversee production quality and keep our
costs down. Our welding is of the highest standard and all kits are burr free.
Casarva provides parts and builds for bespoke Bike to Trike Custom Conversions:
Stage 1 - Strip bike, Manufacture and align, Fit rear cradle assembly.
Stage 2 - Source donor parts, Modify driveshafts, Clean sliders, Exchange callipers, New discs, pads and brake lines, Fit handbrake and operating
cable, Mount master cylinder, fit brake lines, bleed system, Have prop shaft manufactured to suit dimensions of drive line, Have complete cradle and
wishbones powder coated, clean and paint differential., Fit new Coil over Damper Shocks.
Stage 3 - Supply wheels, Supply and fit rear lights and indicators, (hazard lights determined by the year of donor bike first registration), Fit front marker lights, Have 'guards colour matched to bike, Weigh, MOT, Present submit build document to DVLA registering as a Trike and apply for road fund licence, Road test vehicle. Completed as a 'Turn Key Casarva Trike'
