Casarva Yamaha VMAX 1200 Trike

This Casarva Yamaha VMAX IRS trike is built to take everything the full power 1200cc V4 engine can put through it. In the drive line is a reverse gearbox too which make sure maneuverability is a cinch . The trike is fitted with our Independent Rear Suspension(IRS) trike conversion kit which is available for most bike either built by us or for DIY conversion. A complete new adjustable rear suspension and braking system make sure it holds the road and gives a comfortable ride.

Casarva Victory Trike – Eight Ball (rolling chassis)

Casarva Victory 8 Ball trike supplied to the customer as a rolling chassis for completion means that all the fabrication work is done enabling the painting wiring and final build up to be done at home. This is a good way of reducing costs but retaining confidence that the trike is professionally mounted.

The Casarva Brute shaft drive conversion is bolted to the bike frame and we have fitted the Casarva Elite Reverse gearbox.
The BMW silencer has been shortened and modified with a new Db Killer and rerouted in stainless steel to exit in the centre with an aluminium shroud to finish off the exit.
This trike is going to Jersey where they require a rear fog lamp to be fitted.
Originally the road speed sensor works off the internal gears of the bikes rear drive (which is no longer there) and this also tell the ABS unit on the bike whats going on. So to remedy this we have fitted a Casarva reluctor ring and re-positioned the Halls sensor to that which accurately restores the speedometer and make sure the ABS is not showing an error. The ABS operates on the rear but only on one wheels as the ECU would not know what to make of two wheels sending messages to it! Its an example of how we can solve problems properly.
