The Casarva Honda Valkyrie F6C 1520 Jigged IRS Trike Conversion Kit is the same high quality as the DIY kit but with the mounting tubes for mounting to the bike frame already welded on at the Casarva Works before you take delivery and is built in British steel tube with 2.64mm wall.

Fitting a jigged kit saves you many hours in setting up, profiling and welding the mounting tubes to the bike frame and comes complete with side plates and reverse gearbox mounting.

Once the bikes back end has been stripped off, you can have your Valkyrie F6C trike as a rolling trike within hours!

Because the mounting tubes have been welded in place by Casarva, you can be confident it has been done correctly and will give your trike that “Works Build” look. Furthermore if you bring your trike to the Casarva Works in Peterborough, we will inspect it and if you have fitted it properly we will endorse the trike as Casarva Quality.

In our experience Casarva Works built trikes have a higher resale value than home built and our endorsement will mean your trike is of the same quality of build – which will also give you peace of mind all for just £75 + VAT!

Wing carriers can be pre-formed to your choice of mudguard, only if the wheels and tyres for the trike and wheel hubs are with us at the works.

What do you get in the kit?

The Jigged Honda Valkyrie F6C 1500 Shaft Drive Trike Conversion Kit consist of the following and are ready to receive the BMW 5 Series E39 Differential:

1 x Differential Cradle
factory fitted with all the mounting tubes and brackets to fit to a Honda Valkyrie F6C and configured to receive the BMW E39 differential
2 x Top wishbones
With camber adjusters
2 x Bottom Wishbones
with bottom shock mounts
2 x Hub Carriers
For BMW E39 or E60/61 Hubs and brake caliper mounts

2 x Mudguard brackets
to be welded to the hub carrier and formed over the tyres
1 x Set Polybush & Insert (crush) tubes
crush tubes fit inside polybushes
1 x High Tensile Nut and Bolt Kit (BZP)
all sized to fit
1 x Set of 14 M6 Grease Nipples
to fit to each of the pivot points for easy maintenance

Construction & Dimensions

All mounting tubes and bosses pre-fitted to the cradle for Honda Valkyrie F6C. Handbrake mounting bosses. Cradle (Fully Bracketed and welded), diff mounting brackets all suspension and shock pickups). Designed to accept a BMW E39 differential; (we can also manufacture to accept larger diffs).

Construction
31.75mm (1.25”) British round mild steel tubing 2.64 wall. All pivots pickups in laser cut 5mm mild steel.
Dimensions
Cradle dims: Length 460mm x 470 wide x 370mm high will give you approx 1550mm rear track across wheel outer rim faces). Alternative Narrow track wishbones will give approx 1300mm across the wheel outer rim faces).

Note: Due to the size and power of the Valkyrie F6C we do not recommend that a narrow track kit is fitted

Both 5 Series need to match hubs pattern (minimum 16 inch)
