The Casarva trike Rolling Chassis service gives you peace or mind and the quality of a Casarva Works mounted trike conversion kit to your bike. from just £2300 + VAT (There are examples at the bottom of this page)

You bring the bike in to the Casarva Trike Works. We take the measurements needed and then strip the back end off the bike just as we would if we were building it from start to finish.

It means we mount the cradle to the bike frame, so all of the mounting tubes, bosses and cross bracing are profiled and welded to the cradle and the drive line is set up for you (scroll down to see various examples below). This ensures that the bolted on cradle is absolutely central and square as it is aligned with a laser.

We do need to have the necessary parts available when we do this such as wheels and hubs

How much you want us to do depends on you.  So long as the necessary parts are available* we can:

• Ensure the drive line is straight (chain and belt drive) included
• Weld on and shape the Mudguard Brackets* included
• Shorten the half shafts* (+£75 +vat each)
• Fabricate and mount handbrake mounts* included

What you get is a trike back-end professionally mounted for you to complete the conversion at home

You take away the Trike as a “Rolling Chassis” in bare steel to complete yourself saving you many hours of work and the need for welding and giving you the confidence that the conversion kit has been mounted to the Casarva Trike Works standards.
