The original twin exhausts are fitted and the down tubes elongated slightly to exit underneath the offside and because we keep the original mounting method original after market mufflers (silencers) like Vance & Hines can be fitted easily if desired.
The rack is in mirror polished Stainless Steel and made here at Casarva . The ample 300 x 600 bed provides a good loading platform – and we can make racks of any size and specification.
The conversion has a Casarva differential mated to the bikes original pulley and sits on l6″ Lattice Alloy wheels in silver.
Casarva IRS (independent Rear Suspension) trikes handle better and and are more comfortable to ride than those with a solid axles. The tyres stay planted in the road surface giving you maximum control if the road gets a little tricky because each side has its own suspension system which are connected by an anti-roll bar made in spring steel. This assists the shock absorbers in keeping the rear end planted, reduces rider shock and assists with steering.
The drive line irrespective of being shaft, belt (like this Casarva Harley Sportster Trike) or chain driven, has a differential which allows the wheels to turn independently of each other via half shafts which have been tailor made to each trike and there are options on the track width and wheelbase length to make sure that the trike is set up to be the best it can be. Tyres and wheel size are selected to works best with each trike – one size definitively does not fit all not fit all.
