Trike servicing – done our way

We talk about servicing

Please note: We are NOT an MoT Centre and we do not service trikes with car engines, poor quality or non road worthy trikes.

This is how it works:

You contact us and then bring your trike to the Casarva Trike Works.
You tell us what you would like to have serviced – engine oil / filter, fork seals etc.
We will briefly assess your trike and highlight any other issues that may be obvious to our trained eye
We will book your trike in for the agreed service
If we find any issues that require your attention we will tell you and you can decide what you want to do
When it’s done you just pay and ride it away!

We are in control

The trike comes to us.

We will carry out the agreed work for the agreed price. Other jobs – if any – will be agreed with you beforehand

We have 5 ramps and vast experience when it comes to Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) trikes and as we have full fabrication and workshop facilities there are not many problems we can’t solve.

Popular services are:

Engine oil and filter change
Chain/ Belt tension checked and adjusted
Fork seals and oil
Brakes checked and hydraulic fluid changed
Coolant changed
Rear Suspension pivots lubricated
Bolt tightness checked
Lights and electrical check

What is the price?

It really does depend as almost every trike is a one off.

We will agree the price with you but to give you an idea:

Engine Oil and Filter change only (say 4.5 litres) from £135 inc VAT
Fork seals and Fork oil from £230 inc VAT
Casarva Trike rear end suspension greasing and check from £120

But if we are doing multiple jobs the price can be less for each element as the trike is on the ramp and if we take the fork off to change the seals its not too much to check and adjust the head stock bearing for grease and wear

Obviously the time taken will depend on the trike It takes longer to get to the parts on a trike with full body and fairing than on an open cruiser.
