Casarva “The Punisher” LWorld Land Speed record trike was built to break the Trike Land Speed Record and we are delighted to announce that it did! Casarva are officially in the Guinness Book of Records having built the World Land Speed Record trike. It is a great testimony to the quality of the workmanship and service we give as a team, but specifically to Matt Wright in his skill in creating the best custom trikes in the UK and now the fastest in the World!

September 2018 saw “The Punisher” Casarva Built Chain driven IRS trike set a new Fastest Speed World record at Elvington Yorkshire UK and it was only in 4th Gear!

The trike had been fitted with a bespoke Renthal sprocket before the meeting – with 42 teeth. In the run up the rider – Gary Sargent – could only hit 148 mph by the time he arrived at the speed trap. Because of the length of run up and the gearing of the drive line, he still had 2 gears in reserve when setting the new Trike World Speed Record.
“The Punisher” has now been fitted with a larger rear sprocket so if Gary decides to go again he can use all six gears in the ZZR’s gearbox!
