Everything is done

We take your bike agree the specification with you and convert it to a quality engineered Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) trike.

We will discuss all aspects on the conversion with you and the options available which can be from the design and colour of the wheels to a reverse gearbox or the colour scheme.

Road test, MOT and change of type with DVLA, all taken care of.

All you have to do is ride it away!

Together in control

Before we start we listen. We learn what you want. We discuss the options with you. This results in the agreement which is your brief to us. We will not do additional chargeable work without your agreement. We will keep you informed as you trike is being built with photos and updates. The only thing we cannot control is time.

Payment is staged so you are not paying out all up front . You pay a deposit of £200 when you book, an initial payment of 60%, a staged payment of 20% and the balance on completion.

It is fair to you and us.

Together we are in control.

What is the price?

It really does depend as every trike is built to order and to your specification and whether or not you pay VAT **

A “standard spec” Shaft drive trike starts at £9,958* +VAT**, Chain drive £10,250* +VAT** and Belt £10,625* +VAT** & Road Tax but please see below about exhausts.

*Exhaust work has to be calculated depending on the donor bike as they are so varied. If your bike has short exhausts it may be that they can stay as they are and not have any costs but many require rerouting and / or replacing and the price for this work will be agreed with you beforehand.

Each trike conversion comes with a free trike riding tuition session if you want it and it is all backed up by 12 months back to base warranty.

At Casarva, we regard each and every trike build we undertake as a custom commission, making sure that we take the same amount of care with each trike.

We will tackle almost all motorcycles when looking at converting them into a trike, but we also undertake other interesting projects where we can put our engineering quality and wide experience to use.

Bike stripping
Take essential measurements and then strip off the back end.
Manufacture
We will create the IRS Conversion for your trike in house
Fit & Finish
The cradle will be laser aligned and engineered to fit, powder coated and wired.
Weigh, Road Test, MOT & DVLA
The finished trike is road tested, weighed and MOT’s then DVLA are notified the bike is now a trike and you get a new registration doc (keeping the registration number) ready for you to ride away!
