Casarva Triumph America 865 trike

The Triumph Bonneville America  865 parallel twin trike fitted with a Casarva chain drive IRS trike conversion. The exhausts are Casarva  with 4″ Stainless Slash cut silencers give a great sound.

Fitted with 5 Spoke Black Alloys and 6″ Combination LED Stop Tail Lights and Indicators.

The conversion is bolted to the bikes frame after being blasted, zinc primed and powder coated.

Casarva Protech Shocks and Casarva Anti-roll bar in EN43 spring steel make sure the handling and comfort is is great.

The Givi soft luggage bag is mounted on top of a Casarva 600 x 300 bed rack (which is strong enough to sit on if you feel the need)

What is Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) on a trike?

Casarva IRS (independent Rear Suspension) trikes handle better and and are more comfortable to ride than those with a solid axles. The tyres stay planted in the road surface giving you maximum control if the road gets a little tricky because each side has its own suspension system which are connected by an anti-roll bar made in spring steel. This assists the shock absorbers in keeping the rear end planted, reduces rider shock and assists with steering.

The drive line irrespective of being  shaft, belt or chain, has a differential which allows the wheels to turn independently of each other via half shafts which have been tailor made to each trike and there are options on the track width and wheelbase length to make sure that the trike is set up to be the best it can be. Tyres and wheel size are selected to works best with each trike – one size definitively does not fit all not fit all.
