Casarva Delkevic Tri-Oval Stainless Exhaust reroute
Our shaft drive IRS trike conversion to a Honda Pan European ST1300. It has a Casarva Elite Reverse gearbox. And to make sure the exhaust fits it’s rerouted in stainless steel. Because the original were unusable we adapted a Delkevic tri-oval system including headers.
The mudguards were painted in matching Silver. To be seen, 3″ bright LED Stop Tail and Indicators are mounted to the back and white marker lights to the front.
The conversion was aligned with a laser when being built to make sure it is central and true. Then it is demounted and sent to be blasted, zinc primed and powder-coated to resist corrosion.
Our IRS (independent Rear Suspension) trikes handle better. So the are more comfortable to ride. And handle much better than a solid axles. Because each side has its own suspension system which are connected by an anti-roll bar made in spring steel. This assists the shock absorbers in keeping the rear end planted, reduces rider shock and assists with steering. The tyres stay planted in the road surface giving you maximum control if the road gets a little tricky.
Each of our trikes shaft, chain or belt driven, has a differential. This allows the wheels to turn independently of each other. There are options on the track width and wheelbase length too. This makes sure that the trike is set up to be the best it can be. The tyres and wheel size are selected to work best with each trike. One size definitively does not fit all not fit all.
