All Casarva Trike kits feature Independent Rear Suspension (IRS)

The Casarva “Brute” family of Kits are made in 31.75mm (1.25″) 2.64mm walled British Steel Tube which is very strong. All of our DIY Belt Drive Trike kits are supplied with the Casarva differential (just tell us which side your bike’s belt in on for configuration).

Please Note:
When you order your Belt Drive kit we will require your rear pulley to mount to the differential. If you wish, we can supply a replacement pulley at additional cost. Because drive belts are only available in certain lengths and are not necessarily interchangeable, your trike will be shorter than our standard wheelbase. If you are planning on touring with a passenger or with luggage, you may want to consider a longer wheelbase on your trike which will require a  belt to chain drive conversion at the time we are converting your machine – please ask for details.

You will need access to welding and machining facilities to mount the kit to your bike. We will give you advice and photos on the same or if not similar bike to trike conversions we have built at the Casarva works to help you with that.
