“Jigged” means that you can have your trike ready and on road much sooner than when you have to fit the mounting tubes yourself. As it is made for your specific bike frame there is no need for you to take height measurements, use a centre line to make sure the cradle is straight, notch and profile tubes or make bosses to fit up the frame. We take of all of that for you. The only welding you will need to do when you receive the kit is to add the mudguard or “wing” supports, as their positioning is dependent on the size and type of wheel you are going to fit. All this means that you could have your trike on its wheels as a rolling chassis within a day of receiving the kit; a service that would cost at least £3000 inc VAT to have done at the Casarva workshop.
