Casarva Triumph Rocket 3 Roadster Trike
Casarva Triumph Rocket 3 Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) shaft drive trike.
Our award winning tubular frame shaft drive trike conversion mated to the Triumph 2.3 litre Muscle Bike.
The Rocket 3 trike, built at our workshops in Peterborough has a strong road presence.
Our Brute trike conversion kit (which is available as a jigged kit for DIY builders) puts the power down through a Casarva drive line to a BMW differential.
A Casarva Elite Reverse Gearbox is fitted to make sure that the trike has access to all areas for parking and maneuvering and talking about moving around the front end is fitted with new raked triple trees which make steering light and precise for a trike that weighs nearly half a tonne and a Kliktronic gear shifter

Wheels are 275 40 17 polished and black alloys and the rear is finishes with a Casarva mirror polished stainless “Vee” bull bar.
Casarva Rocket 3 wings carry the Rocket 3 rear lights and LED indicators and front markers.
What is Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) on a trike?
Casarva IRS (independent Rear Suspension) trikes handle better and and are more comfortable to ride than those with a solid axles. The tyres stay planted in the road surface giving you maximum control if the road gets a little tricky because each side has its own suspension system which are connected by an anti-roll bar made in spring steel. This assists the shock absorbers in keeping the rear end planted, reduces rider shock and assists with steering.
The drive line irrespective of being chain, belt or shaft, has a differential which allows the wheels to turn independently of each other via half shafts which have been tailor made to each trike and there are options on the track width and wheelbase length to make sure that the trike is set up to be the best it can be. Tyres and wheel size are selected to works best with each trike – one size definitively does not fit all not fit all.
